This Privacy Policy explains how the Nyxalira app handles user and device data. Nyxalira is a reading and local library organization app, built for reading works in folders chosen by the user and for supporting KapiTomo's ecosystem of free original works.

Data the app may use

Nyxalira may use the following data to work:

• Reading folders and files chosen by the user on the device.
• Covers, chapters, pages, and metadata detected inside the local library.
• Local app preferences such as language, theme, reading mode, and visual settings.
• Reading progress, favorite chapters, local resume history, and filters used in the reader.
• Purchase state reported by Google Play Billing to unlock or restore Pro.

How data is used

This data is used to:

• Build the reading shelf from folders chosen by the user.
• Open chapters, images, and text in the app reader.
• Save progress, favorites, and reading preferences on the device.
• Activate Pro features such as favorites, automatic scrolling, themes, and FX/filters.
• Process and restore Pro unlocks through Google Play Billing.

Local storage

Nyxalira stores the library, progress, favorites, and preferences mainly on the device. The app does not send the user's local library to a developer-owned server.

In-app purchases

The Pro purchase is processed by Google Play. Nyxalira does not receive full payment data such as card numbers. The app receives only the information needed to confirm, unlock, and restore Pro, such as product identifier, purchase state, and purchase token provided by Google Play.

Nyxalira Pro unlocks app features and supports app development. It is not payment for third-party books, manga, comics, novels, chapters, translations, pages, or external sites.

Permissions and file access

Nyxalira may ask the user to choose a folder through the Android picker. This access is used to read works from the local library and keep the shelf working after the app is reopened.

External links and KapiTomo

The app may open external links, including the KapiTomo site where free original works are published. Those external sites may have their own privacy policies and data practices. Nyxalira does not control those external practices.

Data sharing

Nyxalira does not sell user personal data. Data may be shared only when required for an action chosen by the user, such as opening an external link or processing a purchase through Google Play.

Children

Nyxalira is not directed to children. If you believe a child provided personal data through the app or through external contact, get in touch so the situation can be reviewed.
