This Privacy Policy explains how the Nyxovira app handles user and device data. Nyxovira is an app for installing compatible source plugins, downloading and updating selected works, and managing a local library for compatible readers such as Nyxalira. It also offers an optional Pro purchase through Google Play.

Data the app may use

Nyxovira may use the following data to work:

• Local app preferences such as theme, language, Pro state, download settings, and library settings.
• Files and folders chosen by the user to import, save, export, or download works.
• URLs for sites, catalogs, plugins, or works added by the user.
• Installed plugin metadata such as plugin id, version, source host, icon URL, and repository URL.
• Technical download information such as progress, downloaded chapters, and task state.
• Purchase state reported by Google Play Billing to unlock or restore Pro.

How data is used

This data is used to:

• Display and organize the user's local library.
• Download, import, export, and manage work files on the device.
• Install, update, remove, and open source plugins selected by the user.
• Keep download, library, and app settings.
• Show download progress notifications.
• Process and restore Pro unlocks through Google Play Billing.

Local storage

Nyxovira stores data mainly on the device. Downloaded works, imported files, plugins, and local preferences remain on the device until the user deletes that data, removes the files, or uninstalls the app.

In-app purchases

The Pro purchase is processed by Google Play. Nyxovira does not receive full payment data such as card numbers. The app receives only the information needed to confirm, unlock, and restore Pro, such as product identifier, purchase state, and purchase token provided by Google Play.

Device permissions

The app may request permissions to:

• Access the internet to open sites, fetch catalogs, download works, and use Google Play Billing.
• Access storage or user-selected folders to save and manage work files.
• Display notifications related to download progress.
• Keep downloads running through a foreground service when necessary.

Data sharing

Nyxovira does not sell user personal data. Data may be sent to third parties only when required for an action chosen by the user, such as opening an external site, downloading content from an added source, opening links, or processing purchases through Google Play.

External sites and sources

The user may open third-party sites, sources, catalogs, or plugins inside the app. These external services may have their own privacy policies and data practices. Nyxovira does not control those external practices.

Online plugins

Nyxovira can open the KapiTomo Plugin Hub inside the app. When the user installs an online plugin, the app reads the plugin's public GitHub repository and stores the plugin files locally so it can detect works, show chapter lists, and prepare selected chapters for download. Plugin scripts run in the page opened by the app browser and interact with that source site according to the plugin's code.

Content and plugin responsibility

Nyxovira is a plugin, download, update, and local-library management tool. It does not publish, sell, host, or claim ownership over works supplied by third-party sites. Community plugins remain in their creators' public repositories. KapiTomo lists catalog entries and may moderate them under the published Plugin Hub catalog rules.

Pro purchase and content access

Nyxovira Pro unlocks app features and supports app development. It is not payment for third-party manga, novels, comics, chapters, translations, pages, or plugins, and it does not guarantee that any external site or plugin will remain available.

KapiTomo

KapiTomo is the official site used to publish free original works and provide catalogs or plugins related to the apps. The KapiTomo Privacy Policy is available at https://nanquimori.github.io/KapiTomo/privacy/.

Children

Nyxovira is not directed to children. If you believe a child provided personal data through the app or through external contact, get in touch so the situation can be reviewed.
